Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
1. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@falour.uk. Upon approval, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning the product.
Conditions for Returns:
- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned product, we will assess its eligibility for a refund based on the conditions stated above.

3. SHIPPING
We would like to convey that the refund amount you receive will not include any shipping charges, and you will be solely responsible for all the shipping costs.
It means that while you are receiving a refund, you will receive the amount of the product with the exclusion of all shipping charges.

Policy Details and Exclusions
- All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and materials intact.
- If products are returned damaged or with missing items, we may charge a restocking fee of up to the product’s full value.
- Once a return is approved, you must ship the item back within 2 weeks.
- Additional shipping fees for special requests (e.g., next-day or international delivery) are non-refundable.
